PSFCNY negotiates bargaining agreements with labor organizations on behalf of its members, to promote fulfillment of collective bargaining agreements; the settlement or resolution of grievances, arbitration and jurisdictional disputes; the prevention of strikes, lockouts and other labor conflicts; and promotes a spirit of cooperation between members and labor organizations.
